A grand residence in a quiet street, this home was designed to be a statement for a family to cherish for years to come.
With the North orientation being the street frontage, care and attention has been given to every aspect of the living areas to maximise the amount of light that enters each space, whilst focusing on softening that sunlight where it counts through shadow play. A landscaped central courtyard with exposed steel beams and what will become a mature Japanese Black Pine, will be the focus as you walk down the carefully articulated passage with increasing ceiling heights to give dramatic interest and a sense of space.
This home is rich in detail, complimented by the exquisite interior design by Janine Carter Design, and the beautiful landscape design created by studio BLAC.
